Staff Development

VisiCom Services' networking and technical operations experience goes back over 20 years and includes development of one of the first Windows-based networks in the state of Michigan.  In an industry where “state of the art” is an ever-moving target, VSI continues to invest heavily in training and certification of our Network Engineers.   Below are some of the ways we keep our staff at the leading edge of networking technology and management:

• Ongoing technical and professional development through formal instructor-led classes, in-house training sessions based on pre-set development agendas, self-study, and attendance at industry trade shows. 
• VisiCom maintains an in-house CCIE level Cisco lab that includes every technology required for the CCIE Routing and Switching and the CCIE Security certifications.  Our lab has over 18 routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Demonstrations, training, and experience with the latest products such as Windows 2003 and NetWare 6 through our partner relationships, in-house testing, and completed client projects.

• In the past year, our staff participated in numerous training classes, seminars, certification examinations, and trade events.
