COMPANY ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO VISICOM SERVICES, INC.

Kaizen Communications, Inc. announced today that it has completed its name change to VisiCom Services, Inc. "Changing the name allows the company to position itself more effectively within the fast-growing computer network management industry," said Patrick Casey, president of VisiCom Services. "The new name will be more closely identified with the services we offer and better reflects the long-term focus of our organization."
