ANNOUNCES NEW STAFF APPOINTMENTS
Rochester Hills,
Mich. - May 5, 1999
VisiCom Services, a professional network services company, has announced
two new appointments to its team. Joseph Tackett is technical services
advisor and James Ryan is call center manager.
As VisiCom's technical services advisor, Joe Tackett will be responsible
for new business development. Prior to joining VisiCom Services, Tackett
was a senior account manager for the Center for Computer Resources, LLC,
where he was a top sales producer of consultative technology solutions.
Before that, Tackett was an account representative at Network Medical, Inc.
where he developed and executed marketing strategies to build a prospect/client
base for the company.
Tackett holds a degree in applied science and data processing from Macomb
County Community College. He is a certified Microsoft and Compaq sales
specialist.
Call Center Manager Jim Ryan will be responsible for developing and managing
VisiCom's call-center and network operations center.
Previously, Ryan was a senior technical support representative at Creative
Solutions, where he supervised several members of the company's technical
support team. Before that, he served as a cryptologic technician in
the United States Navy. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University,
Ryan holds a degree in accounting information systems.
